Bhutan honoured as Best Healing Travel Destination at The Best BANG Awards 2025

Bhutan’s Department of Tourism has been awarded the prestigious ‘Best Healing Travel Destination’ title at the 10th annual Best BANG Awards 2025, held in late December 2024, at the InterContinental Sanlitun Beijing.

The awards ceremony celebrated achievements in travel, hospitality, lifestyle, and destinations under four key themes: Modern Lifestyles, Exceptional Brands, Urban Shopping Landmarks, and Hospitality & Travel Awards. The honour highlights Bhutan’s unparalleled ability to provide rejuvenating and transformative travel experiences through its serene landscapes, spiritual heritage, and commitment to sustainable tourism.

Receiving the award, Bhutan reaffirms its position as a sanctuary for well-being and self-discovery, offering visitors a chance to reconnect with themselves and nature.
