"Meat & More" themed buffet offers an array of Australia Beef & Seafood at Praya Kitchen

Throughout the month May and June, Praya Kitchen at Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse offers a real treat for those who appreciate top-quality imported Australian beef.

Thursday - Sunday dinner and Saturday & Sunday lunch, meat lovers are invited to enjoy ‘Meat and More’ local’s favorite dishes featuring top-quality Australian dry-aged beefs along with a variety of fresh seafood from “Seafood Wall”.

Meat highlights include favourite Thai dishes such as stir fried spicy beef with tree basil, grilled marinated spicy beef with foie gras cream, slow cooked beef tendon served with steamed rice and pickled yolk and many more.  Alternatively, choose your favourite choice of fresh meats from the chiller and have the chefs’ cook it according to your preference.

Moreover, guests are invited to experience an array of fresh seafood at the “Seafood Wall”, featuring local sourced crustaceans such as river prawns, rock lobsters, blue crabs and mussels. The colorful pot is labelled with your preferred cooking techniques. Whether it is stir-fried with garlic, stir-fried with spices & herbs, stir-fried with black pepper, steamed or grill, the chefs will provide at the live cooking stations. If you have no idea, ask staff to recommend a choice to match your selected fresh ingredient.

Whether you’re a fan of top-quality meat or seafood, there is always something for everyone here which includes famous Thai dishes such as Somtam (payaya salad) and curries served with rice noddle. On sweet department, the buffet line features Thai-style pancake with filling "Tokyo", world's famous sticky rice with mango and much more.

 The ‘Meat & More’ buffet is offered every Thursday - Sunday dinner and Saturday & Sunday lunch, until 30 June 2022. Price at THB 1,688++ per person. Children aged 4-12 years old receive 50% discount and free for children aged under 4 years old.
