DINNER INCREDIBLE THAILAND 2026 Celebrated Thai Ingredients with 21 Michelin Stars

Bangkok — Gaysorn Village reinforced its position as a world-class gastronomy destination by hosting DINNER INCREDIBLE THAILAND 2026: THE BLACK BOX EDITION, an extraordinary culinary event that brought together 12 internationally acclaimed chefs from around the world, collectively representing more than 21 Michelin Stars. The event also marked a historic milestone as Thailand welcomed the country's first-ever gathering of five chefs who have each earned three Michelin Stars.

Held on 13–14 June 2026 at The Crystal Box on the 19th floor of Gaysorn Urban Resort, the event celebrated Thailand's culinary excellence through a unique concept that challenged participating chefs to create original dishes inspired by mystery boxes filled with specially curated Thai ingredients.

Under the theme "THE BLACK BOX EDITION," each chef explored Thailand's culinary identity through ingredients that reflected the country's cultural diversity, local wisdom, agricultural heritage, and creative potential. The mystery boxes served as a catalyst for innovation, encouraging chefs to reinterpret familiar ingredients and uncover new narratives through food.

More than a culinary challenge, THE BLACK BOX highlighted the stories behind Thailand's food culture—from the knowledge of local communities and the dedication of farmers to sustainable practices and the growing global recognition of Thai ingredients.
