Local, home-cooked dishes are a beloved choice for many especially for home and away individuals to bring back their profound memories, the vivid souvenirs from childhood.
Culinary Director and Co-founder Ack Wongwich Sripinyo has expanded his already wide imagination to the corners of the country, creating a menu that not only satiates but also opens the imaginations of travellers through taste, with a particular focus on the vibrant flavours of Eastern Thailand. Curated to elevate the dining experience to new levels. It offers greater refinement, elevation, and a more profound exploration of Thailand's diverse ingredients and flavours.
The new WanderEast Tasting Menu, a follow-up to the original WanderEast series. The main base of the new creations stays true to its identity which is the renowned home and local food from the eastern part of Thailand but this time with a Chinese twist.
Each of the 11 courses from the menu has its strong and full flavoured character from delightful enticing starters to the really enhance flavour of the East with a touch of Chinese spices.
What to expect
- Double layer pickled melon with sun dried catfish: a good refreshing prep to open to clean the pallet before getting into the real deal
- Sea prawn soaked with sweet fish sauce
- Braised Pork Belly & Cha-mung Leaf Croquettes

- Smooth and Silky Cauliflower Puree with grilled Scallop
- Eastern consomme soup with Sliced Bitter Orange peel in beef dumpling
These two very contrasting meals compliment each other with smoothes of the cauliflower puree entices the appetite while the concentrated aromatique aroma from the soup helps elevate the desire to the next discovery.
- Eastern a Decadent Crab Rice Dish made with short-grain rice, black crab meat, crab roe and a flavourful Thai herb broth.
- Milky rice porridge with Thai wild almond and stewed pork belly with eastern herbs and spices. (STAR OF THE SHOW)
These 2 rice dishes showcase a symphony of tastes, enriched with Eastern herbs and spices.
- Fizzy Grape Granita serves as a refreshing palate cleanser, paving the way for the main course
- Spicy Squid Ink Rice Cha-mung leaf, Trat's chilli curry sauce, Wagyu beef tenderloin, and sweet grilled tomato
To complete this epicurean adventure with a dessert masterpiece—Three Ways of Tomato and Pandan rice pudding paired with sea salt Woffia ice cream.
Experience this delightful journey through Eastern cuisine for 2,900 THB , mineral and sparkling water included. Available from 14th February - and every Wednesday until July this year.
