A Taste of New York Lands in Singapore: The Coach Restaurant Opens at Jewel Changi Airport

The iconic American fashion house Coach is bringing a slice of New York to Singapore with the opening of The Coach Restaurant at Jewel Changi Airport. More than a dining destination, the restaurant is part of the brand’s ongoing move into lifestyle and hospitality — following The Coach Coffee Shop and the brand’s refreshed retail space within Jewel.

Overlooking Jewel’s spectacular Rain Vortex, the 56-seat restaurant reimagines the energy of a New York steakhouse through the lens of modern design. Think warm archival hues, glovetanned leather accents, terrazzo floors, and even a suspended yellow taxi cab — all nods to the brand’s Manhattan roots, seamlessly blended with tropical materials that reflect Southeast Asia’s character.

At the heart of the restaurant is an open woodfire kitchen helmed by Chef Kurt Sombero, known for his work at Burnt Ends and Meatsmith Little India. The menu celebrates timeless steakhouse classics with a creative twist: USDA Prime cuts, Japanese Satsuma Wagyu A5, Dover Sole with citrus caper brown butter, and Maine Lobster finished with black pepper hollandaise. There’s also an easygoing side to the menu — New York-style pizza slices, crab cakes, and the Coach Cheeseburger for something more casual.

Desserts are unapologetically indulgent, from the 20-layer chocolate cake and PB&J Baked Alaska to creamy soft-serve sundaes. The drinks list, curated by Sommelier Jane Yoon, features a 100-bottle all-American wine collection and cocktails that channel the city’s flair for craftsmanship.

Connected directly to the Coach boutique, the restaurant invites guests to explore the brand’s world through both design and dining — where style and flavor share the same stage.

The Coach Restaurant Singapore is now open daily from 11:30am to 10pm at Jewel Changi Airport, #01-207.
