New Eatery SOI Bangkok Opens at ASAI Bangkok Sathorn

SOI Bangkok, the latest dining destination at ASAI Bangkok Sathorn, has officially opened its doors, offering an immersive culinary experience inspired by the vibrant streets of Thailand.

Located on the hotel’s second floor, this bright and airy haven overlooking Sathorn Soi 12 offers a captivating blend of street food bites, fragrant curries, and a playful yet relaxed setting that celebrates the flavours and energy of the kingdom’s renowned street food scene. 

With a focus on fun, flavour, and authenticity, every dish at SOI Bangkok has been carefully curated to deliver an experience that delights the palate and engages the senses. Whether it’s a bold green curry or a light street food snack, all dishes are made with the finest ingredients to deliver a memorable and mouthwatering dining experience. 

Diners can enjoy regional specialities such as Gaeng Massaman (massaman curry with coconut milk, potato, onion, and peanuts) and Isaan Platter, loaded with Sai Krok Isaan (Isaan-style sausages) paired with Thai sauces, delivering a true taste of Isaan. And to end on a sweet note, guests can indulge in classic Thai desserts such as Mango Sticky Rice.
