Discover an urban oasis at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok. Enjoy low-rise luxury, organic dining, and deep rest in the heart of the city

They say you cannot have the best of both worlds, but a stay at Mövenpick BDMS Wellness Resort Bangkok proves that rule wrong. Here, urban convenience and genuine serenity exist side-by-side in perfect harmony.

Situated on Wireless Road—on the historic plot that once housed Thailand’s landmark Hilton hotel—the resort greets guests with low-rise architecture and expansive green grounds. The lush gardens and quiet atmosphere immediately transport you away from the city's frenzy, creating a relaxed, unpretentious retreat.

Wellness activity at BBMS resort BangkokDespite feeling worlds away, this five-star urban oasis sits just a short walk from the Phloen Chit BTS station and Central Embassy. For those who prefer not to walk, the resort offers a convenient shuttle service to Central Chidlom and BTS Chitlom. It gracefully bridges premium city convenience with a tranquil, health-focused atmosphere, making it equally ideal for wellness seekers and business travelers.

Low-Rise Luxury and Thoughtful Details

One underappreciated joy of staying here is the low-rise design. Unlike standard high-rise city hotels where guests often face long waits for elevators alongside large tour groups or corporate crowds, moving around Mövenpick BDMS is seamless and effortless.

BDMS Wellness Bangkok Managed by the renowned Swiss hospitality group Accor, the resort pairs Swiss precision with warm Thai hospitality. The property boasts a massive outdoor swimming pool enveloped by mature trees, a 200-meter outdoor running loop winding through the gardens, a fully equipped fitness center with certified trainers, and a top-tier spa.

We checked into a Wellness Suite and found the footprint massive. Designed in a modern luxury style with a touch of classic elegance, the suite includes a spacious living area, a kitchen counter, private balconies, and a generous bathroom with a deep soaking tub and integrated health-tech amenities.

Tech-Driven Rest and Holistic Care

The hotel’s Green Globe certification and "Sleep Well" philosophy are far more than clever marketing. In-room iHome sleep therapy machines deliver soothing soundscapes for deep rest. Even more impressive is the dual-sided adjustable mattress. Using a remote control, each guest can individually customize the firmness level for their side of the bed, featuring targeted support for shoulders and back.

For guests who never skip a workout, the suite comes equipped with personal fitness gear, including a Pilates ball and a yoga mat. And because the resort connects directly to the world-class BDMS Wellness Clinic, guests can even combine a peaceful staycation with comprehensive health checks or a professional sleep test.

Organic lovers will appreciate this.

Organic Indulgence at the Spa and Table

Wellness naturally extends to self-care and dining. The in-room toiletries and B Well Spa products are completely organic—a theme that carries over to the spa's non-toxic hair and nail treatments. The spa atmosphere alone justifies a visit, but the highly trained therapists truly elevate the experience.

Chocolate from local farmers, helping reduce carbon emission.

True wellness also requires exceptional food. The resort’s primary restaurant, Nourish, serves vibrant, healthy, and environmentally conscious cuisine all day. The menus feature extensive vegan and plant-based options, utilizing fresh organic produce sourced directly from local Thai farmers to reduce carbon emissions. Even the rice is organic from Sukhothai province, paired alongside Rynn natural mineral water.

For chocolate lovers, the resort periodically highlights unique cocoa creations. During our stay, we enjoyed a special chocolate promotion showcasing single-origin Thai cocoa, including a memorable craft chocolate infused with local chili.

Thai food at Khum Hom

For fine dining, the resort hosts Khum Hom, a Michelin Guide-recommended restaurant led by renowned Chef Ian (Pongtawat Chalermkittichai), serving contemporary Thai cuisine crafted with premium regional ingredients. The property also regularly invites guest Michelin-starred chefs for exclusive table events.
